Abstract
Nowadays, the crisis has provoked the social exclusion of thousands of people as well as an involution of democracy. The library is becoming a social inclusion center. In the battle of democracy and public services, the library is essential. The library, as an institution, and its staff must be aware of their role in order to reinforce the democracy, its values, and the human rights.
