Abstract
Many authors agree with the fact that fluoride has a limited capacity to work and that the medical treatment of cavities is not solved just with the development of teeth restorative techniques. For this reason, the minimal intervention dentistry concept, that includes the remineralization and the dental infiltration, has been recently developed. In this essay each therapy was defined and scientific results published about the products used on them were analyzed.
