Abstract
Globazitanion, which starts in 90’s (albeit its propiciatory conditions imiciate two decades before), has inmlicated a dinancial total tiranic empoyre. Politics, exe-cuted from the State Modern Institution, has been emptying of its original sense and becomes the financial interest executor. Subordinated to financial interests, its function is, no more else, to regulate people convivence, but satisface minor-ity interests of whom satisfacy national economic neccesities.
