Résumé
TJD has been fear thinking since I remember, due, in some way, in the fact that we don´t have easy certain references for it´s diagnosis. Medical History, nowadays, is the best element to achieve this objective, but some complementary exams could help us to confirm or discard that diagnosis and, even, help us in therapeutic decisions. The present paper tries to clarify the indications of this kind of medical exams in order to make or clinical activity, in this mater, easy.
