Abstract
Being toothless is a disability recognized by WHO. The solution by complete dentures, valid for maxillary, is clearly insufficient in jaw. The alternative treatment using prosthesis on implants is not always possible. We analyze an useful solution for jaw edentulous patients who do not tolerate a complete denture and who cannot be rehabilitated with conventional implants. A protocol for prosthesis stabilization is proposed.
