Résumé
The increase of the implantological practice during the last years has produced a noticeably rise in legal complaints against dentists, regarding other areas affected in the odontostomatology field. It is proposed a study about lawsuits in Madrid (Spain) due to implantological treatment in the last three years that help us to specify data as the number of complaints by year, professional profile, patient profile, assistance field, kind of treatment or reason of the complaint.
