Abstract

The present study was conducted to determine from the following problem situation: In the corporate sector weaknesses Cuban manifest in the relationship of labour productivity and competency management, which affects the successful performance of the members of the company. Was plotted as Objective: To demonstrate the impact of competency management in raising labour productivity in the business sector Cuban. So it is interesting results on the basis of providing competence approach from a higher and better performance for Cuban companies.
