Abstract
In 1808 the political-administrative structure of the Spanish Monarchy was medieval basically. The monarchic institution also crossed to serious crisis of discredit. The events of 1808 put of relief the inability of reaction of the main institutions of the monarchy. In the work they it plows analyzed the validity of Carlos IV abdication in Aranjuez, the Treaties of Bayona that put the Spanish Crown in hands of Napoleon, ace well ace the juridical positions those that the rebellion was sustained against the French troops.
