Abstract
The minor has rigth to be heard in the familiar area and judicial procedures that affect them, as active and participative subject with aptitude to decide on his personal statute. Such a rigth is a manifestation of the Supreme beginning of the interest of the minor and his reflection hasin numerus rules of the Civil Code, of the organic law 1/1996 of January 15 and of the law 1/2000 of January 7 of civil prosecution. The presente study is going to centre on the analysis of the foundation, scope, content and the sustantiation of the beginnig of hearin of the minor.
