Zusammenfassung
Witchcraft and homosexuality have been punished by different legal systems throughout the centuries. However, most of the legal codes have devoted very few lines to lesbian women when compared to homosexual men ́s constant and patent criminalization. We analyze in this work two lawsuits dealing with homosexual people who were prosecuted for superstition by the Spanish Inquisition. The way in which the law and the Holly Office delt with their deeds and behavior, as well as their neighbors ́ opinion about them, are evidenced in the proceedings of both cases
