Resumen
Angiosarcoma is a uncommon malignant vascular tumor with a high prevalence in the head and neck. The intraoral location is uncommon. This tumor appears at any age without sexual predilection and it can be solitary or mu/tiple. Histologically there are neoplasms with high or low malignancy degree. The surgical treatment can be associated with radiotherapy and the general prognosis is poor. This clinical report is a 68-year old male with a lesion involving lower gingiva. We discuss the main clinicopathological parameters, the d!fferential diagnosis and therapeutic features of this patology.
