Zusammenfassung
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) will not increase dramatically the trade flows between the european and canadian markets. Its limited impact is a consequence of the restrictive character of the preferential rules of origin of the CETA. The analysis of the full and diagonal cumulation provisions reveals the possible change of this situation with the future conclusion of the TTIP, but this target looks far and away today.
