Abstract

This paper presents a clinical case of Marfan´s Syndrome in an 18-years old man. The patient had gingival overgrowth and a deteriorated oral health. After gingivectomy and appropiate oral hygiene training, gingival enlargement disappeared. However gingival overgrowth reappeared after six months.
