Résumé

The aim of the research was to analyze the effectiveness of the 360-Degree feedback in the development of cross-media competence. The methodology was developed through a case study applied to the first year students of Nursing School at the Complutense University of Madrid. The results indicated that 58.62% of students noticed an improvement in their performance and 77.77% of them, in the performance of their classmates. These data support its effectiveness as an instrument to develop communication skills and to improve the ability to self-assess their performance.
