The intimacy and privacy have become a difficult challenge to maintain and our security is threatened in all its aspects. Without giving up the advantages of technological development and new information sources, the present article tries to develop a responsible and conscious social development. This article makes a reflection from the historical evolution of industrial technology, to the development of the Internet of Things recognizing the problems that a new society faces and proposing as a best solution, the education based on equality and respect for the established values.
