Abstract

In this research we will delve into one of the premises that shape the nature of intelligence: The necessary concomitance that intelligence has with those who consume it. It is in this relationship on which the definition of intelligence is based, since independently of its character and the elements that make it up, intelligence is always oriented to action. Its products, derived from its processes and nourished by various sources of information, will always be motivated by a need for information in the fa ce of uncertainty. Without these needs posed by those who will later consume the products of intelligence, this (intelligence) loses its ultimate meaning, help to reduce uncertainty and improve the decision-making process. Therefore, understanding the rela tionship between those who produce intelligence and those who consume it will be a very useful effort not only to deepen the study of intelligence but also to improve their professional performance.
