Résumé

The political crime during the Middle Ages had a wide diversity of manifestations. In this work has been studied two of them: the tyranny and the poisoning. The study of the tyranny offers a long process of intellectual evolution on her meaning and political consequences. The study of the poisoning allows to attend to a way of execution of the political crime that provoked a certain obsession in the noble and royal courts at the end of the Middle Ages. Thus, two different manifestations of political crime are studied during the medieval epoch.
