Zusammenfassung

Introduction The hair covers the entire body surface except the palms, plants and mucous membranes. Since the aesthetic mission is the most important one you have, hair loss or scalp alopecia has extraordinary interest. Alopecia can be classified according to whether or not there is alteration of the underlying skin. Diagnosis The diagnosis of alopecias is based on anamnesis (presentation rate, antecedents, accompanying diseases) and clinical criteria (extension, characteristics of the hair and underlying skin). Clinical explorations They refer to the inspection (color, gloss, length, shape, state of the scalp), palpation (texture, fragility), pinching or Jacquetsign, and traction or Saboraudsign. Complementary explorations They refer to the trichogram, phototricogram, biopsy, blood analysis, mycological study and tricoscopy.
