Resumen
Introduction Nails are a great help in the exploration of a patient, because they sometimes show very characteristic signs that can allow a diagnosis or at least a diagnostic orientation of our patients. Diagnosis We present a simple tree of diagnosis in onicopathies, which tries to be practical, not exhaustive, and we add the explanation to some terms that are used in onicopathies and that are sometimes not easy to understand.
