Abstract
The present study is going to centre un the analysis of the duties of information contained on the regulation relative to the stock market when there are offered and commercialize products of investment which observance corresponds to the entities of investment respect of his retail clients and the juridical consequences that stem of his breach like the cancellation of contract for mistake or vices of the assent or the exercise of an action of indemnification for damages and perjudices not like that means of the exercises of the action of resolution of the contract neither for beach nor the interposition of the exception of not fulfilled contract.
