This paper examines the alimony modification in favor of the children due to the increase or decrease of their needs, focusing on the influence of the perception of resources that the food provider can have, distinguishing between under age adult, adult, or disabled adult. Likewise, it is analyzed if every increase in the children needs allows the intention to rise the alimony, and to what extend the parents must look after them if there is not a proportional increase in the economic capacity since the alimony was established.
