Abstract

We introduce the vascular alterations and the frequency of presentation in a prospective study of 17 months, in which we study 18E patients HIV (+) 37 of which are AIOS. In OUI serie there's ophthalmologic affectation on the 35,1% of the cases, smaller prevalence than in the rest of the series (53-100%). This also happens with the vascular alterations which present themselves with less frequency than in other series. We confirm microangiopathy in the infectec by AIOS (possible forecast sign of evolution) the usefulness of the AFG and the necessit, of a closer ophthalmologic following of patients with microangiopathy.
