Abstract
The historical evolution of bottled water is studied from the collection of labels and bottles deposited in the ProfessionalSchool of Medical Hydrology and Hydrotherapy of the Faculty of Medicine of the Complutense University of Madrid. Thereare three different periods in the development sector in our country: "medicament water", "table water" and "food water -consumer product"
