Abstract
The purpose of this work is tomanalyze the great work of the CYD Foundation the change in the governence of the universitaes of a number of Europa Unión countires that have transformed university systems and will make a special reference to Portugal by proximity to our country and we will make a brief analysis of the Anglo saxon university.
