Abstract

Nearly forty years have passed since the United Nations Climate Change First Summit took place in 1979. During this time the concern about the effects of Climate Change has increased and its consequences have been felt in different areas and in particular in the management of the firms. Through a systematic review, this paper shows the scope and impact of the Climate Change in the Management of the Firms, analyzing the different approaches under which the concept is developed and proposing some future areas of inquiry.
