Zusammenfassung
A recent historiographic work about several existing Juntas in the peninsular north (Cantabria, Asturias, Basque Provinces, Galicia) is analyzed in this new bibliographic comment, Juntas that are coming from territories where there was no representation in the Cortes, as well the powers of these local assemblies in order to better shape the Monarchy and to colaborate with her.
