Abstract
This brief collaboration transcribed the content of the paper presented at the Hinojosa Seminar on his centenary (1919-2019) organized at the University of Granada. The times of Hinojosa and ours are compared in an attempt to give some hope (and realism) to our (Spanish) Legal History.
