Training evaluation carried out by an organization is a crucial process that allows to know its efficacy and efficiency. However, most of the time, just partial aspects are evaluated. In this paper, the Evaluation System of the Impact of Training (ESIF) is presented. This instrument was designed by the Department of Differential Psychology and Psychology of Work of the faculty of Psychology, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and it has been successfully applied several times. ESIF permits to evaluate both the efficacy and the efficiency of training in enterprises which are different in size and functions. Due to its features, flexibility and adaptability, it becomes an extremely useful instrument for people responsible of managing training in the enterprise.
