Résumé
Taking as a reference a decision issued by the Provincial Court of Madrid in March 2019 in the framework of the so-called «truck litigation», this works aims at presenting the reasons justifying why it should be considered, without any margin of doubt, that Commercial Courts —and not ordinary civil courts of first instance— are competent in Spain to hear antitrust damages claims.
