Abstract
In this paper 70 taxa are selected from the remarkable flora collected in La Manchuela Conquense. They are important floristic records because are rare plants in the south of the Cuenca province, and also, some are included in the Endangered Species Regional Catalogue of Castille-La Mancha. Among them, it is necessary to highlight the new records in the Cuenca province of Allium moschatum, Alyssum linifolium, Beta maritima, Nepeta cataria and Polygonum salicifolium.
