Résumé

Although the first Chair of Chemical Analysis of Spain was not created until 1867, there were many Medical Hydrologists, Pharmacists and Chemists who had dedicated themselves to analyze the mineral-medicinal waters before. The analysis studied in a historical review covering 1800 to 1877, about 48,62% were carried out by Medical or “Cuerpo de Baños” Doctors, 22,01% by Pharmacists and 18,35 % by Chemists
