Resumen

Recurrently the patients indicated to the otolaryngology (ORL) appointment suffer from specific symptoms (tinnitus, vertigo, dizziness), organically, however, there is no injury, predisposition and/or compromise; we are dealing with the neurotic patient, with psychosomatic constellation, with hysteric phenomenons, dependent on his/her predisposition, personal development traumas, defensive mechanisms and emotional specific realities. Consider this, it is my intention to study and to inquire about the type of personalities and the contextual realities that insistently are present in this clinical settings, more specifically in «subjective tinnitus»; of is psychotherapeutic path and of the opportunity to consider them suitable on the way to health, and to a better quality of life. The cure, the symptoms remission should depend on the work of psychic mechanisms other than psychopharmacology that most of the times, gives a short term relief, but on the long term give rise to privations and dependencies that compromise the global life of the patient.
