Abstract

We studied each strategy, studies and intervention program to the burnout syndrome and their relations with emotional disorders. We propose an intervention program, the I.R.I.S. Program. We designed and we carried out an investigation directed to non facultative sanitary professionals. The program I.R.I.S.has turned out to be effective to reduce the levels of burnout and has been effective to obtain that the subjects manage better their stress in the place of the work due to they reduce the intensity of their stress answers, their anxiety and depression levels, and also improve their psychological attitudes.
