Proposal to recovery ethics inside the political activity through inquires about the foundations of practical, argumentative and prudent reason. In this regard, the research explores the evolution of rhetoric tradition approaching the Philosophy of Common Sense by linking the thought of Thomas Reid and Chaïm Perelman. The synthesis is the possibility of democratizing the discourse abilities of ordinary people for the continuous optimization of culture and institutions of republican government.
