Resumo

The topic of the Tumorogénesis is undoubtedly one of the most exciting topics and that with more worry is lived in today to all the levels of our daily life. Many are the works channelled to clarifying some of the factors that originate or modulate the formation of tumors. In the present thesis we will expose some conclusions on the relation of the recipients dopaminérgicos and the prolactinoma. For it we will develop a hypothesis of work that we will argue and imply historically with the previous investigations on the topic, facilitating this way to continue the investigation in this field in the future.
