Résumé
The article describes the current situation and analyzes the budgetary performance of the regional governments during the current economic crisis. The evolution of regional fiscal balances and the behavior of the main indicators in national accounts terms are reviewed. Similarly, the main budget figures are analyzed. The results show the magnitude of the developed cut in spending in a context of declining tax revenues
