Abstract

This work seeks to carry out a comparative study o n the organisation of R+D+i systems in other European Union countries such as Germany, Austria and United Kingdom, placing the Spanish model in that context. To do his, it will be taken into consideration the allocation of powers in this field among State and the rest of entities, the governance and the planni ng of public policies together with the public-private formulas of collaboration a nd the knowledge transfer as crucial elements for achieving efficiency within this policy field
