Abstract

The evolution of information technologies and communications have led to a substantial change in the way of managing the citiesboth by the speed in obtaining information and services and the need to communicate through digital media. The Catastro, as specialized public administration, meets an irreplaceable role in providing timely information concerning the situation of buildings and cities; It is also an instrument of progress due to their arge capacities to incorporate essential references for the development of smart cities.
