Abstract

The only pretence of this work, is to contribute with reflection elements and some technical and methodological solutions to guide E-learning Evaluation Plans towards Continuing Training in the Company area. In this way, the components that are contributed with presently study are the following ones: 1. A theoretical approach, whose different components are revised. They serve on the basis for the reflection about the problem, and the same time are contributing with elements to consider E-learning Evaluation Plans design, through: Typologies review of Evaluation Plans. A review about the Evaluation object: ? E-learning like educational phenomenon that serves the Continuing Training. Review about social and business changes at work, like Training context. 2. Two empirical studies that provide us with substantive references for the identification of standards, indicators and variables that can be considered in Evaluation Plans. The purpose is to contribute with an empirical evidence about several elements that can sustain the Evaluation of this kind of programs in the context of Continuing Training in the Company. Meeting with different analysis: a) A study about standards to evaluate efficiency and functionality of E-learning Programs design, they are focused on a group of professional families. It tries to provide information about a system which supplies the Evaluation of E-learning programs design, keeping in mind the adaptation of the used technology for the best methodological and didactic adjustment in the program. It takes as starting point the analysis of Judges about the adaptation of different technological resources and the E-learnativity Programs. As a result is offered a Standards structure usable in the context of an Evaluation Protocol. b) A validation study of an E-learning Evaluation Plan in the Company. Taking like a reference a real evaluative experience developed in the mark of European ADAPT Projects, is carried out a validation study about an E-learning Evaluation Plan. It is contributed with a planning and developed structure of this type of evaluations, as well as a valuation about indicators definition validity and the use of diverse information sources.
