Resumen

Lately, a considerable number of papers have been published on teachers evaluation, following different meted of researchs. In this study we have approached to a practice experience of evaluation of the faculty, by means of an observational methodology, because this type of methodology allows to deepen in the exchanses that are produced in the classroom. Control of data quality is an important aspect when working with observational metholodogy. Concordance technique of observational registers among observers it is recognized as a sure sound way of identifying the collected data. Subsequently, for their processing, various types of sequential analisis have been carried out. Results obtained have provided valuable information on the behaviors that were developed in the classroom and, of course, some variables that may be influencing in the learning-teaching process.
