Résumé

Michel Henry has developed the program of phenomenology as prima philosophia till its final goals and possibilities. The author of this essay shows how this conception of radical ontology as phenomenology entails a whole heap of aporetic problems specially concerning the concepts of life infinite and finite (which are mixed up in a way that makes impossible a right account of fundamental aspects of human experience, such as evil, supreme good, spiritual progress, etc.).
