Resumen
The conodonts Icriodus woschmidti, Icr. transiens, Icr. angustoides sspp., Lanea spp., Ancyrodelloides carlsi, «Ozarkodina» pandora, «Ozarkodina» excavata, «Ozarkodina» sp. of the «remscheidensis»-group, «Oz.» eladioi, Pelekysgnathus serratus elatus and three species of Pedavis (P. robertoi, P. gilberti and P. aff. P. pesavis) demonstrate a Lochkovian age for the stratigraphic interval studied herein. Conodont succession allows recognition of the informal Lochkovian three-fold subdivision proposed by VALENZUELA-RÍOS and MURPHY (1997) and of several biozones. At the same time, this sequence permits comparison with other Pyrenean sections but it is unique by the absent of species of Ancyrodelloides (except A. carlsi), and of the genera Flajsella and Kimognathus. This lack of common taxa could be related to the preliminary sampling carried out on this section, which has not been accomplished bed by bed. Fish sequence is composed of taxa showing similarities with those of Iberoarmorica, Baltic and Arctic Canada. The occurrence of Nostolepis viethae allows tentative approximation of the Pragian base. This work represent the first one in documenting fish remains from the Pyrenean Lower Devonian.
