Abstract

The knowledge of the aircraft characterization is directly related with the navigation, guidance and control systems programming, this characterization is feasible as more information is know about the same. The behavior of the aircraft must be know, namely, where is it and where the aircraft wants to move. This thesis studies the capabilities of this kind of unmanned aircraft, proposing new methods of sending information to ground, new contributions that enable us to know accurately, during data postprocessing, wich has been the behavior of the aircraft. Where once exists ten samples per second of aircraft parameters, now these new contributions are in able to provide hundred samples of certain parameters, specially in critical moments of flight such as takeoff, landing or a specific maneuver. Always with limited communications between the aircraft and ground, through the aircraft onboard computer, that sends the serial data via RS232 port and a radio-modem for the transmision to the ground station
