Resumen

The swim-up procedure was applied on several samples of fresh and 24 hours refrigerated semen from Frison bull. To increase their quality a serial swim-up was also performed on low quality ejaculated. In all the cases there is a significative enhancement in the eyaculates. After the 24 hrs. refrigerated semen swim-up the spermatozoa motility was significatively higher than initial fresh semen. In the same way serial swim-up appeared as a hepfull procedure to increase quality of semen constituted by low porcentage of motile forms a better quality than with single swim-up.
