Resum

The Supreme Court confirms in its 23rd March, 2017 ruling that the City Council of Valencia has to pay almost eight million euros to the owners of a real state of 42,916 square meters - formed by 10 plots - that was expropriated for the expansion of the General Cemetery of the city. The Supreme Court considers that the correct method of evaluating the land was applied when enforcing the judgment.
