Abstract
These pages are oriented to two connected threads. The first one is to observe how social politics increase their distance from the State or, with other words, social politics become something else and different from the Welfare State. They acquire a meaning, either wirh respect to the welfare concept or to those actors that produce it, more generic and differentiated at the same time. The second thread presents how the internal normative of the social politics changes. Currently, and in a way more subterranean than explicit, more latent than present, the social politics' logic and practices' change can be appreciated. The practices must open to a wide radius with more and bigger options.
