Abstract
The absence of effective implementation of judgments in the administrative litigation process produces flagrant consequences in order to enforce judicial resolutions, mainly in the area of urban law. The question intensifies when a demolition order is given to a building´s Landlord. The case of judgments ordering the knocking down of facilities has no definitive solution. In the face of this old problem, new solutions emerge. Heterodox verdict enforcement formulas are performing a new scenario. Implementing mediation appears as a bright shocking solution bring upon by this resolution. Definitively it acts as a positive though outstanding solution
