Abstract
In this paper the author recapitulates on the studies carried out by him in recent years on the Jewish minority-talks in the Kingdom of Jaén. Given the shortness of available sources, it was necessary to establish an indicative procedure to achieve high levels of certainty in locating the various converts, procedure that was put into question some time later by a certain author. However, Professor Porras was able to prove the success of this approach to members of the minority, thanks to the study of the community of Úbeda, as well as the discovery of a series of judicial documents set out in the appendix.
