Resumo
The new social changes we show that the structures of social protection of the century no longer serve to respond to emerging social needs that have occurred in a social context of exchange and imbalance. After the analysis of factors that affect the causes of these new demands professionals in the social work, them shows the need to prepare for them to give valid responses, both from the training as since their position as advisers in social policy endorsed by our experience, since the micro and macro social
