Abstract
Every day millions of people turn on their computer to consume information. Some statistical reports about habits, practices and consumption in culture reveal that many citizens who access the Internet culture for listening to music, watch movies and videos, participate in cultural forums, or any other cultural practice. This rapid change is taking action to raise the cultural institutions to embark on what has been called the social Web, offering new ways and channels of communication to their prosumers. The article opens the door to this change.
